Working closely with the client, consultants & local council we achieved realistic and cost effective building outcomes.

“We have worked with Steve Campbell on a number of development projects including a 3 unit project development in Noosa Waters. We have found Steve to be incredibly creative in his designing and his projects are both stunning visually as well as well thought out, practical, of a very high standard and exceptionally energy efficient.

Steve thinks outside the square when designing but most importantly ensures that his designs are comfortable and work well. Steve has been an integral part of our team for our developments ensuring that that his designs come to life through careful planning and coordination with the construction team on site.
It has been a true pleasure working with Steve on our various projects and he will without doubt be our first point of call for our future projects.” Dave Morris, Director, Liberte Adventures Pty Ltd

Strawbale home in Conondale

Located in the beautiful rolling hills of Conondale this strawbale house is a great example of sustainable building and sustainable living. Using straw as the main material for the walls was a high priority for Terri and Max, as they were aware of the many benefits it brings.  Situated only 35 metres from the busy Maleny Kenilworth Road, noise was the first consideration for choosing strawbale walls. It has definitely been the right decision as you cannot hear the traffic from inside the house.
