Coolum Chalet Improvement

Cute and compact, but poorly designed interior spaces, made this compact house dark and inefficient. By re-arranging the spaces a little and extending to accommodate a reasonably-sized bedroom (with walk-in-robe and ensuite), this little chalet will become a much better home to live in.

The living areas are now more open and airy, aligned to capture the northern aspect. A larger kitchen space and sun room opening to an outdoor entertainment area by the pool, will encourage many delightful hours spent with family and friends.
